"Recovery Opportunity Court" (ROC) exists to reduce recidivism and help those struggling with a substance abuse disorder. ROC includes treatment counseling, a support network, as well as regular monitoring and supervision. The ROC team includes a Judge, a District Attorney, a Defense Attorney, a Probation Officer, Treatment Providers, and a Court Coordinator.

The program begins with an assessment of each individual's risks and needs. Individuals attend weekly court hearings with the ROC Judge and team. The team meets weekly before court to discuss individuals' progress, successes, and struggles. Rewards and sanctions are used to help individuals reach personal and community goals.

Wellness Court
Wellness Court is a treatment-focused program of intensive court supervision. It is for individuals facing criminal charges in Jackson County as a result of their unmanaged Mental Health Diagnosis. The goal is to help the individual achieve lasting stability, so that they are less likely to reoffend. In Wellness Court an individual will follow a treatment plan that includes medication management, substance use monitoring, individual therapy and groups, skills training, case management, and community integration.
