The Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport consists of an Airport Director and three department directors, a business development manager, and over 40 additional employees.
The Airport Director is responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of the Airport; compliance with the Federal Aviation Administration safety regulations required for Airport certification; air service; public relations; economic development; and planning for future growth and expansion.
The three directors are responsible for day-to-day operational security, maintenance, finance and administration. This includes oversight of the Airport grounds and the terminal facility including any construction on Airport property; the Airport budget, accounts receivable and payable, leases, grants, and contracts; security enforcement and compliance with Federal Transportation Security Administration rules and regulations.
The Business Development Manager concentrates on Airport revenue generation and maximizing Airport land and facilities usage.
