Campground Reservations can be made Online or by Phone (541) 774-8183, up to 9 months in advance and a minimum of 72 hours in advance of your desired arrival date and on a first come first serve basis for last minute camping (less than 72 hours notice).BOAT RAMP & MARINA:The Resort Boat Ramp is currently open.  
The Marina opens May 18.

STORE & CAFE HOURS:  CAFE MENUCLOSED FOR THE SEASON. WILL RE-OPEN IN MAY 2024.
Friday: 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Sunday: 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

The Howard Prairie Resort is 155 beautiful acres, including 1.63 miles of lake frontage and breathtaking views of Mt. McLoughlin.

Offering everything from tent sites to large RV sites, a store & restaurant and full-service boat ramp and marina. Howard Prairie Resort is the ideal location for a unique outdoor excursion for the entire family, either for just a weekend or your summer vacation destination.

Maximum Stay Limit at ALL Jackson County Parks: 14 days out of any 30-day period
CHECK IN: 2 PM / CHECK OUT: 12 PM

Open Dates/Hours:
Howard Prairie Resort Campground is open April 25 - October 31 (dates may vary).

FISHING AT HOWARD PRAIRIEFISHING LICENSES:

Fishing Licenses will NOT be sold at the park and should be purchased (Sportsman's Warehouse, BlackBird, or Ashland Bi-Mart) prior to arriving at the Resort.

You can also purchase your fishing licenses online, through the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife.
